1st Week - 4lbs Down :-)

So my first week is over and I have lost 4lbs. Really really pleased. Have stuck to my WW plan everyday and have got back into the gym. Have also started Spinning again which although it almost kills me everytime I am loving. I actually ache so much today from the gym yesterday I can hardly move but I am hoping thats kind of a good thing in that I worked hard.

 Que week 2…….

First Day

Today is my first back to losing weight for a long time. I weighed in today at 13 stone….eeek! The heaviest I have ever been so not feeling too great about myself right now. But am determined to lose the weight this time, I would ideally like to see 3 stone come off and as my birthday is at the end of December I am really hoping I can fit into a cute little black dress by then! My first day back on it and I have been very good with my eating. I have signed up to Weight Watchers and have stuck to my points easily. I havent done any exercise but hope to do some tomorrow. Feel Fat and Fed Up so Here Goes……….
